Location - Oldham (Field based)
Salary : up to £45,000
We are currently working with a Fantastic Client within the Oldham area who have been established over 20 years and are a leading brand. They have a great opportunity for an Estimator to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30pm

Key Duties:
- Prepare Cost Budgets / Cost Estimates for New Contracts
- Manage all Existing Contracts - Making Amendments / Maintaining Communication with the Client
- Analysing / Providing Estimations to maximize Profit & Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain Client Relationships / Build New Client Relationships
- With Contracts Manager / Design team to help with Development & Innovation
- Prepare & Submit Financial Documentation
Profile:
- Successful Track Record within Estimating
- Experience of Selling
- Have strong rapport building skills
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills
