A Chambers listed law firm in Reading is seeking a 0-4 years PQE Senior Solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial Property Team. The firm's clients range from small private businesses and start-ups to multinational PLCs, with everything in between including charities and universities.
Work will include:
- Office, industrial and retail lettings
- Residential developments
- Investment property
- Secured lending acting for owners & occupiers, sellers & purchasers and financial institutions
The department works closely with other property teams in the firm, including construction, dispute resolution, tax, finance, social housing and residential property.
