HR Administrator - 6-Month Contract

Your new company
My client is a large public sector organisation that is currently going through a busy time as they are currently in the process of expanding a number of teams. As such, they are looking for an individual to join their HR team to help meet this busy period.

Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, dealing with applications, arranging interviews, sending out unsuccessful letters, onboarding and generally assisting the HR team. The vacancies are varied and at lots of different levels, and you will have to communicate with them all along with departmental managers.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into HR after completing their degree or being a strong administrator. Although the role is only for 6 months, it will give you valuable experience and skills. You, however, must have strong communication skills and excellent administration skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
