Juice is excited to be supporting a leading not-for-profit organisation that is dedicated to excellence and innovation with its search for an HR Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support a busy HR department for a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing exceptional service to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
- Manage HR queries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
