Lettings Negotiator - Harrow
Salary £20,000-£22,000, £40,000 OTE plus £300 car allowance
9am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9am - 5pm on a rota

Duties will include:
- Working to both individual and teamtargets
- Working to develop professional relationships with clients andcolleagues.
- Registering applicants' details and keep in regular contact with them.
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Monitor and maintain up to date property availability.
- Register new tenancies.
- Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements are present and correct.
