Overview:
A prestigious SJP Partner Practice based in Wolverhampton is seeking a Diploma-qualified, or working towards, Paraplanner. The successful candidate will work closely with the Paraplanning Lead, assisting in the research, preparation, and drafting of compliant client reports. What will you do?
- Support Advisors by researching financial products and preparing suitability reports.
- Produce accurate IHT (Inheritance Tax) calculations and cash flow models.
- Ensure all reports and recommendations meet compliance standards (SJP, FCA).
- Manage and update client files and systems, ensuring timely business processing.
- Keep Advisors and the Paraplanning Lead informed throughout the process.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and contribute to team meetings.
What do you need?
- Diploma-qualified (DipPFS) or working towards it.
- Previous experience in a Wealth Management or IFA environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
