As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll play a crucial role in manufacturing and maintaining the integrity of critical components for highly regulated sites.

Your new role

As a Welder/Fabricator, your responsibilities will include the execution of precise welding techniques to construct, repair, and maintain components that are used within the heavy welding industry, such as cranes and conveyor systems.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough weld inspections, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Maintain accurate documentation of welding activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with inspectors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution
Equipment Operation: Set up and maintain welding equipment, including welding machines, electrodes, and gas supply systems.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should have:

Education: Qualifications such as an NVQ or C&G in a relevant field
Experience: Prior experience as a certified welder fabricator - familiarity with highly regulated industries is advantageous.
Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, selecting appropriate welding methods, and maintaining welding equipment.
