We are currently seeking an experienced Part-time Administrator to join our team at Together Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and front desk reception duties, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with visitors and staff. This is a part time position, working hours will be 12:30pm-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Outline of Key responsibilities for the Administrator:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls.
  • Handling and distributing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Salary of £23,088 (pro-rata)
  • Annual pay scale increase
  • 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays (pro-rata)
  • Fully on-site.
  • This is a part time position, working hours will be 12:30pm-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
