Join our team as a Bench Joiner in Chelmsford and take your craftsmanship to new heights! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our client's manufacturing company on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your bench joinery expertise to fabricate, assemble, and install high-quality products.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise measurements and accurate execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional results, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship at all times.
  • Use a range of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to complete tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of joinery techniques.
  • Proficiency in working with a variety of wood materials, including solid wood, veneer, and composite boards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to your work, ensuring each project meets the required specifications.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, always striving for excellence in craftsmanship and meeting project deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and support your team.
