Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your bench joinery expertise to fabricate, assemble, and install high-quality products.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise measurements and accurate execution of projects.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional results, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship at all times.
- Use a range of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to complete tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of joinery techniques.
- Proficiency in working with a variety of wood materials, including solid wood, veneer, and composite boards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to your work, ensuring each project meets the required specifications.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, always striving for excellence in craftsmanship and meeting project deadlines.
