Team Assistant
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Team Assistant based in Shawbury.
This role is on a contract basis and is office-based.

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

The Role:
This role is for a Team Assistant -someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Co-ordinate ongoing training requirements
- Effectively manage and maintain workwear and PPE orders
- Process purchase orders, requisitions and vendor approval forms
The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:
- GCSEs including Maths and English
- European Computer Driving License (ECDL)
- Recognised qualification in Business Administration
- Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting practices, Google Workspace suite of business applications and SAP database software
