My client is a leading utilities company and, due to a period of sickness, they are looking for a customer service advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for 12 weeks.
The main duties will include:
- Providing customers with information
- Manage 8 cases an hour
- Ensure all tasks are completed so audit checks are compliant
- Resolve customer queries or transfer to relevant customers for people to deal with
- Schedule any queries that customers might have
The individual must have excellent customer service experience and have the ability to retain information to support the customers.
They must have the ability to provide an excellent customer journey to enable the customer to achieve an outcome on each call.
The role will be hybrid with a 1-day office based in Bradford (BD6) - the first week we will need to be fully in the office for training purposes.
Monday to Friday 8 till 5.

Paying a competitive salary of up to £26k DOE
The client will do a DBS for this role.
