As part of this continued growth, they are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge real estate management systems across the UK.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of real estate systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee the configuration, customisation, and deployment of real estate management software.
  • Ensure data integrity and system functionality through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the new systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure smooth operations.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
