A fast-paced dynamic Fintech are looking for a new team member. They are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join them in London once a week (hybrid working) and become involved in the daily operations of the business. This is a very important opportunity supporting senior team members as well as playing a crucial part in helping the team deliver to their customers.

Responsibilities:
- To manage processes across operational activities and project implementations
- Review, update and own technical documentation for client requirements including change requests
- Gathering information from client activity
- Work with clients to take down requirement documentation, product specifications and technical requirements (including KYC and fraud needs)
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have had a background in process or business analysis - the ability to turn client requirements into business documentation and technical direction is essential.
- An understanding of client onboarding, KYC and customer due diligence is an advantage
- Experience in payments or financial services is required. Knowledge of card scheme rules is really important, MasterCard knowledge is a preference.
