Salary: Up to £38,646
Seeking an experienced and accomplished leader who is passionate about making a difference in the Employability sector.
Overview:
Working for a leading Charity, you will oversee the delivery of a high-quality Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service. You will focus on leading a team, driving quality performance and developing strong external partnerships.
A typical week:
- Lead a team of Team Leaders & Advisors
- Drive contract performance ensuring quality outcomes
- Develop strong referral & stakeholder relationships
- Oversee subcontractor performance
You'll need the following:
- 3 years Employability or related sector experience
- 2 years team management experience
- Experience of mental health provision/contracts
- Car driver
