A market leading SME in Brighton are looking for a Finance Manager to come on board and lead a small team in their fun and lively office in the heart of Brighton.
You will need to be hands on as you guide the team to meet all deadlines and complete daily tasks efficiently and accurately to ensure the smooth running of the finance function, which is pivotal to this business and how they operate.
You will ideally be qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), but more importantly excellent people management skills will be what it takes to succeed in this role. You will also need to help offer gudance and support at a moments notice.

Their offices are in the heart fo Brightons busy lanes area and you will have great access to walk along the beach at lunchtime or after work. Although you do not need to be in the office everyday as they offer a hybrid working model.
