A boutique management consultancy firm in North West London are looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. Assisting the wider team with an array of Projects, you will be liaising regularly with high net worth clients, collating and processing sensitive information.
The company is located a short walk from local train and bus stations. Alternatively, off street parking is available in surrounding roads.
Full training will be provided. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
Daily tasks include:
- Working on a range of Projects with the wider Management consultancy team
- Liaising with high net worth clients, recording sensitive information
- Maintaining high levels of discretion
- Inputting client details into government related forms, assuring high levels of attention to details
- Processing forms
- Uploading invoices to company database
You will be:
- Experienced admin professional
- Numerate
- Experience using databases
- Microsoft Office proficient
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
