Job details of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 p/a
- Monday – Friday 9:00-17:00, 37.5 hours per week
- Permanent
- Company pension
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

- Quality Assurance and Contro

What are they looking for?

- Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Good clear communicator.

- Keep strict confidentiality.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in computing systems (Microsoft 365/Apple Software)
- Professionally qualified.
- In-depth knowledge of the business's main disciplines, including industrial roofing, Solar PV installation and Scaffolding.
- Construction broad knowledge and experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) QS qualification
- IOSH qualification - Health & Safety Awareness
- IT literate, intermediate level in the use of Excel – to include pivot tables and data manipulation
