Resident Liaison Officer
Salary: £26,600 - £33,300 & Car Allowance
Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be:
- Main point of call for resident queries and complaints, delivering high levels of customer service at all times
- Investigating and resolving all complaints, working closely with the team
- Liaising regularly with tenants to ensure all complaints are dealt with, ensuring they are updated on works progress
- Consulting and supporting residents before, during and after completed works on properties
- Liaising with tenants to arrange work appointments
- Build working relationships with tenants and internal teams
To be successful in this Resident Liaison Officer role, you will need to:
- Be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer/ Customer Service Advisor/ Scheduler
- Be experienced in social housing or have worked on a social housing contract
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
