** Credit Control Manager **

A reputable business, is seeking a professional Credit Control Manager to oversee all credit control matters. This role is pivotal in maintaining excellent payment practices by establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring tasks are seen through to completion.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and resolve old debts, aiming for satisfactory outcomes on long-standing issues.
- Develop and maintain a robust credit control system using Sage, ensuring effective use of communication tools and diary management for timely callbacks.
- Collaborate effectively with the finance team and other departments.
- Oversee a team of 3, providing leadership and management to ensure efficient credit control operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in credit control within a large client base.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software, with Sage and IRIS experience being advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills.
