The Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving the company's ambitious growth target of 25% year-on-year over the next three years. Leading the sales, marketing, and business development teams, your primary goal will be converting new business opportunities into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support the sales, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets are met.
  • Client Acquisition: Taking the lead role of signing up new clients from lead generating enquiry through to new business proposals and follow up
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key intermediaries and third parties to enhance referrals and brand awareness.
  • Tax Team Support: Ensure tax project opportunities are maximised and targets are achieved.
  • Pipeline Management: Rigorous follow-up on all potential clients to meet ongoing client targets.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in professional services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with business directors.
  • Ability to manage and coach team members effectively.
  • Collaborative team player.
