Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be dealing with a range of customer enquiries mainly over the telephone ensuring each call is dealt with promptly and efficiently and the highest level of service is provided!

You will be also corresponding with customers over webchat and email ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

Previous contact centre or automotive experience

Able to work in a busy environment

Excellent customer service skills

A confident telephone manner

A good team player
