I have an exciting opportunity for a professional personable, and organised Building Assistant to join the Property Team, of a luxury student accommodation provider. The company is ambitious, thriving and has an innovative and inclusive spirit.

The role's key purpose is to process post and parcel deliveries while going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct post audits when required (3 audits per week)
  • Manage the RTS (Return to sender) system.
  • Support their stakeholders in parcel management.
  • Working with the property team to minimise "lost parcels" and manage the lost parcel process.
  • Deliver parcels to resident flats as appropriate.
  • Ensure office and parcel room are kept neat.
  • Organise parcels to be stored safely.
  • Provide 'front of house' services at the property as required. Support colleagues with lockouts, hire system, and fire panel support.

  • Flexible in your approach to work tasks? This will help support other property teams.
