Duties of Admin Support:
- Administration
- Data Entry
- Inbound Calls
- Tying of Letters
Skills required for Admin Support:
- Experience of working in a busy officer environment, following procedures / guidance.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Written and verbal communication skills sufficient to be able to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively at all levels.
- Able to organise and prioritise own workloads in order to meet deadlines.
- Able to recognise and deal confidently with potentially problematic issues.
- Able to use Microsoft Word/Excel/ to produce and use documents, webpages, spreadsheets, etc.
- Able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
