Description
The Fulfilment Manager is responsible for the picking, packing, despatching and returns operation for all on-line orders. You will ensure that customer orders are processed and packed in a timely manner and in line with our SLA's. In addition you will be responsible for fostering a proactive and inclusive approach to automation challenges and o any required order investigations. You will work closely with your team to define best practices.
Profile
Candidates must meet the following key requirements
- Experience working within a warehousing or broader logistics environment
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive environment.
- An understanding of an ecommerce business including the practical use of data significant seasonal trends
- A mind set that embraces Continuous Improvement is passionate about Ops Excellence. You will be asked to describe examples of process improvement, achieveing tangible results.
