Graduate Customer Service Executive

We are excited to be working with our client who is offering a graduate-level opportunity within their Customer Success team.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the CRM system and manage the end-to-end order process.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues via telephone and email, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
  • Ensure promised delivery dates are met and provide customers with dispatch and delivery details.
  • Process customer quotations and manage daily distribution through CRM systems.
  • Oversee stock control and transfers, maintaining daily communication with our warehouse.
  • Support the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Visit the warehouse to ensure compliance with company logistic guidelines and conduct self-audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience in a professional environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Logical and precise thinker with a good head for numbers.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to self-evaluate and innovate.
  • Collaborative team worker, yet able to work independently to defined objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Capable of multi-tasking with high attention to detail.
