Duration: Until June 2025 - Possible extension
Pay: £13.80 per hour
Hours: Shift pattern between 4am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday

Are you detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and looking to contribute to a dynamic production team? Our client, a leading organisation in the industrial and construction sector, is seeking a Production Support Assistant to join their team at Mount Vernon Hospital in Middlesex.
As a Production Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the production processes. You will be responsible for performing a range of defined basic production tasks, providing essential support to the team. From handling and moving materials to operating basic hand tools, your contributions will ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
What you'll do:
- Sort, handle, and move materials, parts, semi-products, or components within the production area.
- Fill up hand stocks to keep the production line running smoothly.
- Use basic hand tools such as saws, shovels, and rakes to support production activities.
- Assist machine operators in stocking or reloading the machines.
- Provide other generic support activities as required within specific production operations.
What you'll bring:
- Strong attention to detail: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy in your work.
- Physical capability: You are able to lift up to 25kg, ensuring you can handle the physical demands of the role.
- Ability to work under pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can perform effectively even when faced with tight deadlines.
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or similar role, enabling you to hit the ground running.
