We are on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes quality customer service and can provide an outstanding recruitment service to our Derby clients. Our Consultants put the needs of their clients and candidates at the heart of their work, ensuring vacancies are filled and compliance standards are met.
Key role and responsibilities for a Service Consultant:
- Service delivery to the temporary industrial recruitment sector
- Liaising with clients
- Advertising vacancies
- Resourcing & interviewing candidates
- Updating the recruitment system
- Working at pace to meet deadlines
Minimum requirements for our Consultants:
- Good English communication, written & verbal
- Romanian written and spoken language skills would be advantageous
- Great customer service
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate
- Ability to remain professional under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required
We work in partnership with companies throughout the UK, placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles across a range of sectors. We develop relationships with new clients every month and have jobs available throughout the year.
What we offer:
- Working hours: Typically Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00 and 08.30 to 16.00 on a Friday
