The company boasts an impressive Industry leading reputation, specialising in district energy installation building higher value, turnkey energy solutions across the UK. They now require a qualified land surveyor to work closely with their clients and ensure surveys are completed to a high level and passed to the delivery team.
This is a brilliant role for a Land surveyor to gain some great insight and experience into large-scale energy solutions, specifically within heating network installation and buried networks. The Role:
- Land Surveying of large-scale district heating projects.
- Plan, organize, and manage surveys, scanning and estimates with adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Mentoring of junior surveyors and assistant surveyors to identify training requirements.
- Production and delivery of survey drawings and reports.
- Quality assurance of surveys using robust procedures prior to verification.
The Person:
- Land Surveyor with experience in District heating (Desirable)
- Positive, Can-do attitude to fit company culture.
- Highly developed communication/interpersonal skills to work across multi-discipline teams.
- Comfortable with AutoCAD and presenting 2D and 3D scans. Topography experience essential.
- Based in, or commutable to Bristol.
