What you'll do:
As a Management Accountant, you will be at the heart of the financial operations, playing a pivotal role in supporting decision-making commercially. Your responsibilities will include preparing management accounts, group consolidations, budgets & forecasts, and contributing to group statutory reporting. Your expertise will be essential in creating annual budgets and detailed cash flow forecasts for the Group, as well as annual statutory accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare month end reporting for a number of entities across an international remit.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare management and financial information to support comprehensive reporting.
- Generate detailed cash flow forecasts for projects and reconcile them with actuals in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts and facilitate the external audit process.
- Adhere to strict contractual deadlines for providing financial information to partners.
- Support team members to ensure they meet required standards and deadlines.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of business operations, enabling strategic goals and outstanding results.
What you bring:
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 2 years of industry experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to integrate seamlessly into the team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to present work clearly and concisely.
- Effective communication of financial information through reports and in meetings.
- Efficient time management skills, particularly under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
