I'm currently recruiting for an international business based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking to add a Management Accountant to their team.
The position is paying up to £45,000 with full study support, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, annual bonus plus many more benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Producing the monthly management accounts including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, fixed asset maintenance.
- Identifying various projects and leading them alongside the Financial Controller
- Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documentation.
- Measuring the company's financial performance based on financial records.
- Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management.
- Performing audits of departments within the organisation.
- Overseeing other aspects of financial operations such as bookkeeping and payroll.
- Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed.
- Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers.
Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified.
- 2+ years of experience within Management Accounts.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Ambition to progress with career in Accountancy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Benefits:
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
