Contracts Administrator

ARM are currently supporting one of our clients in Glasgow with the recruitment of a Contract Administrator on a permanent basis.
You will provide administrative support within the contracts team, assisting with the preparation, negotiation, and finalisation of construction contracts.
The Role:
- Manage contract amendments and variations, ensuring all changes are documented and agreed upon.
- Process invoices, track project budgets, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain accurate contract administration records and filing systems.
- Liaise with internal departments (project managers, quantity surveyors) and external stakeholders (contractors, clients).
- Provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager.
Requirements:
- You possess a strong understanding of contract administration principles and procedures.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software is a plus.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are a meticulous individual with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- You are proactive, have a problem-solving mindset, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
