CRM and Membership Officer

Our client, a spinal injuries charity are looking for a CRM and Membership Officer to coordinate the collection and storage of data to help them deliver its strategic goal ensuring that data protection standards are maintained.

CRM and Membership Officer
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £29,216 FTE (£21,703 pro rata)
Job type: 12-month contract
Part time: 26 hours per week

Role Requirements

  • Maintain the CRM ensuring the data is correct, up to date, GDPR compliant and entered in the right format.
  • Ensure membership data is being captured effectively to grow their database.
  • Regular processing of all new memberships including sending new member packs via email.
  • Regular maintenance of all membership queries via email and telephone communications
  • Manage membership volunteers and ensure tasks are assigned accordingly.
  • Act as a point of contact with the CRM and member engagement manager for all relevant queries on the CRM.
  • Manage regular processing of subscription payments for FORWARD magazine including sending renewal reminders via email and post.
  • Working alongside the CRM and member engagement manager to coach staff on using the CRM to agreed standards.
  • To carry out all such duties and activities as determined by the CRM and Member Engagement Manager.
