A leading Build to Rent operator is seeking a Leasing Associate for a new BTR scheme in London. This role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in the City, with 5 days over 7 to be worked. The salary is up to £40,000 per annum plus a discretionary bonus.
The role:
The Leasing Associate will be based on a new BTR development in the City of London. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Associate include:
- Qualify prospective residents.
- Organise tours and apartment viewings.
- Process applications.
- Prepare lease and move-in package.
- Ensure smooth resident move in.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Use community management software to track apartments availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage data.
- Support lease renewal program.
- Respond to resident concerns and questions.
The person:
- Prior experience in a lettings or senior lettings position, either from residential real estate, BTR, PRS or student accommodation.
- Warm, friendly personality.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Positive, can do attitude.
- Ability to work as a team.
