Are you a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background, looking to join a growing company which offers expert training, multiple progression paths and a 4 day working week?
Do you want to work for a well-established, global company, where you will be fully supported to supervise a team of production technicians, and be supported to progress through to management?
The company specialise in manufacturing high end detector products, supplying into the nuclear, defence and aerospace industries. With continued growth, an opportunity arises for a Production Supervisor to join the team.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring KPIs are hit and contributing to the continuing improvement of all production processes. Further training in quality and LEAN principles will be provided to enable your success.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking for a stable 4-day-week role with continued training and progression.
The Role:
- Supervising a team in the production department
- Ensuring production targets are achieved, while overseeing quality
- Client / supplier liason
- 4 Day Week - Monday to Thursday - 37.5 hours
