About the Role

As Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, maintaining stock levels, building supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You'll play a vital part in ensuring procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently while supporting key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue purchase orders
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal systems
- Monitor and forecast stock levels to meet current and future demand
- Communicate with suppliers regarding lead times, order confirmations, and delivery schedules
- Resolve any order discrepancies quickly and effectively
- Develop strong internal relationships across relevant departments
- Provide support to the Purchasing Manager and wider procurement team
