- Tailor your support to meet the individualised learning needs of students with SEN.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of personalised education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Establish effective communication channels with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
- Regularly assess the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
- Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in various teaching techniques suitable for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Thorough understanding of child development and the learning process.
- Strong commitment to building positive relationships with students and understanding their needs.
- Ability to offer personalised attention, encouragement, and support with learning tasks.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
