We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teacher to join our talented team and inspire the young minds .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of all students.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and setting targets to support development and attainment.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure the well-being and academic progress of each child.
  • Foster a love of learning through creative, interactive, and inspiring teaching methods.
  • Manage behaviour in line with the school's policies and procedures, creating a respectful and safe learning space.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending staff meetings, participating in school events, and supporting extra-curricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Education or a related subject.
  • Proven experience teaching within the primary school age range (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
  • A passion for working with young children and a commitment to helping every pupil achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • The ability to differentiate lessons to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the willingness to collaborate and innovate.
  • Strong organiational skills and the ability to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
