Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing day-to-day supply cover in secondary schools across Chesterfield. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students and are looking for flexible work opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.

Ensure a positive learning environment is maintained.

Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.

Support students with their learning activities and encourage engagement.

Follow lesson plans and ensure the continuation of learning.

Requirements:

Experience working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students.

Excellent classroom management skills.

Ability to adapt to different school environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and reliability.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential).
