They are now looking to expand and add a new competent Business Development Manager to their team

Description

  • Drive the expansion of the business across the UK, Europe, and the USA, ensuring consistent market penetration and growth.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), directly contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer, marketing, and lead generation teams to manage full-cycle outbound business development efforts, generating momentum in key target markets.
  • Handle qualified leads through the entire sales process, including conducting product demonstrations, managing trials, and issuing proposals to efficiently close deals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Identify and pursue up sell and cross-sell opportunities within acquired accounts, maximising value for both clients and the business.
  • Use your expertise to propose improvements to sales processes, provide insights during monthly reviews, and offer constructive feedback to enhance client outcomes and internal collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong drive for high performance and results.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, particularly in industries such as finance, health care, or legal.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of fostering long-lasting partnerships with clients and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Skilled in using data to inform decision-making, with excellent research abilities to identify market trends, optimise sales strategies, and support customer insights.
