Are you experienced in finance business partnering?
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team and be responsible for working with our Responsive Repairs Directorate to deliver financial and operational performance and insight.
Description of the Role
- Reviewing and reconciling nominal accounts and adjusting month end accruals if required
- Monthly engagement with stakeholders and reporting regarding vehicle leases
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Provide detailed analysis and insights
- Facilitating the understanding of financial performance against budgets
- Ensuring financial compliance and risk management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align financial and operational goals
- Assisting in the delivery of key projects and initiatives
- Supporting the financial planning and analysis processes
Building knowledge in your area of the business you'll become a strategic advisor to the business to help support, challenge and evaluate decisions, with the aim of improving performance, fostering a culture of financial accountability, cost efficiency and value for money.
The successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Studying or be a full member of ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Strong financial acumen and business understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel abilities to analyse, reconcile and manipulate large data sets
- Prior experience in finance business partnering
- A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office at 6 More London Place. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days day per week.
We are relocating our Head Office at More London Place later this year to Camden. More information will be available closer to the time of relocation.
