Our client a dynamic enterprise in Uxbridge is seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support their Chairman, contributing to the strategic and operational efficiency of our organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and meetings with accuracy and foresight.
- Prioritise and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman.
- Prepare agendas, reports, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport.
- Ensure detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
- Draft and review communications, presentations, and press statements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including media, partners, and VIPs.
- Maintain professional and effective communication representing the Chairman's office.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in managing projects, delegating tasks, and tracking progress.
- Support in organizing events, speaking engagements, and public appearances.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and modern digital tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello).
- Experience in PR, stakeholder communication, or media handling is a plus.
- Discretion and professionalism always.
This role is office-based Monday to Friday working 9.00am - 6.00pm
