Executive Assistant to Chairman

Our client a dynamic enterprise in Uxbridge is seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support their Chairman, contributing to the strategic and operational efficiency of our organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and meetings with accuracy and foresight.
  • Prioritise and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport.
  • Ensure detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Draft and review communications, presentations, and press statements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including media, partners, and VIPs.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication representing the Chairman's office.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in managing projects, delegating tasks, and tracking progress.
  • Support in organizing events, speaking engagements, and public appearances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and modern digital tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello).
  • Experience in PR, stakeholder communication, or media handling is a plus.
  • Discretion and professionalism always.

This role is office-based Monday to Friday working 9.00am - 6.00pm
