The key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include:
- Processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Assisting with month end processes, including bank reconciliations
- Dealing with queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Accurately recording all transactions
Profile
The successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Experience working in a finance environment
- Experience managing purchase ledger and processing purchase orders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
