This role is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our Bristol office and at home.

As a Quality and Risk Manager you will work with the Service Lead and collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You will make sure that all necessary documents for certification are available, meet requirements and engage with the wider company to support effective client and partner interactions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and agree on a plan for leading quality and risks.
  • Implement a Quality Management System**(**QMS) that includes risk management and measure its success.
  • Suggest ways to work more efficiently.
  • Help the Administration and Management Office to support the service with administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring the account runs smoothly.
  • Help in maintaining ISO certifications (ISO 27001 for Information Security, ISO 20000 for Service Management, and ISO 9001 for Quality Management) and be responsible for service delivery in these areas.

What you'll bring:

  • Understanding of the Defence sector.
  • Experience with services involving multiple vendors, such as SIAM.
  • Shown experience in implementing quality management systems for complex services.
  • Experience in implementing risk management processes during both implementation and service phases.
  • Ability to look after multiple projects and activities, balancing conflicting demands.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000 standards.
