As a Senior Auditor, you will have the opportunity to independently execute audit activities and supervise a talented team. With your strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of products, businesses, and technical matters, you will play a crucial role in executing assigned responsibilities. You will also have the chance to lead cross-functional team activities and provide valuable insights to influence business partners.
Here's what you'll be doing on a daily basis:
- Independently executing assigned audit activities and supervising the audit team.
- Coordinating, scheduling, and leading team activities on audits, including large, cross-functional projects.
- Analysing control deficiencies and creating documentation to drive actionable business impact.
- Implementing a risk-based audit strategy.
- Influencing business partners through critical thinking and judgement.
- Identifying control trends and assessing their impact on the business and the organisation as a whole.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A background in Internal Audit, especially in Global markets.
- The ability to perform effectively under pressure and engage with senior management on complex issues.
- Strong risk assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation, across different regions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
This is a fully office-based role, and you'll be working Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional out-of-hours work requirements. The initial contract will be until December 2024, with the possibility of extension.
