Job Title: Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: West Yorkshire
Experience: NQ – 2 years PQE

Whether you are newly qualified or have up to 3 years' post qualifying experience this is a great role to make your mark and run your own caseload of personal injury matters.
You should be confident assessing claims and be able to decide whether to move to litigation stage. You shall also be highly organized and have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients, medical experts, other solicitors and third-party insurers.
You will be highly organized, be able to work to deadline and have the ability to deal with clients with empathy and understanding at what can be an extremely distressing time .
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly and can chose to have a mix of home and office based.

The ideal candidate
- Solicitor / FCILEX or equivalent legal experience NQ;
- Background in Personal Injury Claims and/or Clinical Negligence;
- IT literate
