Jewson Partnership Solutions are growing! We are currently recruiting for a Solutions Development Manager to join our team to account manage Public Sector clients covering London and the South East. We connect suppliers of a wide range of repair and Maintenance materials (inc Plumbing and electrical) with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and their contractors.

Job Purpose

Responsible and accountable for the delivery and implementation of the JPS business development growth plan, ensuring customer solutions and support are aligned and complement existing and target customer's visions, strategies and objectives, whilst working with all other functions to develop and leverage the scale of the business to deliver customer expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience gained in Public Sector is preferred, and a clear understanding of its influencing factors
  • Proven experience working in large customer facing roles, with an ability to build strong customer relationships through to Director level
  • Degree or business related qualification preferable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills - ability to 'make things happen'
  • Proven track record of sales and margin growth, ability to turn analysis to profit
  • Proven ability to build sustainable processes across a multi-site business
  • Results orientated with highly developed financial and commercial acumen
  • Problem solving ability with a 'Customer First' ethos
  • Able to influence and negotiate at all levels
