Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our Downstream team at WTW.
Responsible for a portfolio of global insurance policies and administrative functions within a dedicated out-sourced Client Insurance Team of one of WTW's largest global clients. Liaising with the Client, their Captive Managers, Placing Brokers and the WTW Global Network daily.
- Liaise with clients and develop strong relationships, with degree of interaction scoped out between Account Executive and Account Director/Team Leader.
- Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts (and the Broking Team) as required.
- Lead and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adherence to and accountability for completion of all compulsory training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
- Manage Stakeholders across WTW including but not limited to WTW Network offices, Natural Resources locations globally.
- Ability to deliver high levels of client service and have excellent organisational skills.
- Understand the clients' business and their risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service.
- Ability to build effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, associates, insurers, and external specialists.
- Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met.
- Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills, articulate.
- Experience and willingness of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery.
- Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required.
- Collaborating and supporting the Account Director and key stakeholders as appropriate to the Client account.
- Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility.
Desirable attributes
- Insurance Industry experience beneficial but not compulsory.
- Study towards or willingness to complete Certificate CII beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
