As a leading name in the travel industry, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled experiences to our clients. They are looking for an individual who is not only experienced in booking travel but also possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved in tailoring travel plans to meet diverse needs.

Your responsibilities within our esteemed company will encompass a range of critical duties designed to ensure the highest level of service and efficiency. These will include:

Client Feedback and Re-Booking Management:

  • Handle all feedback calls for bookings
  • Generate detailed re-booking quotes for each client, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the sales calendar to facilitate smooth operations and scheduling.

Booking Detail and Payment Oversight:

  • Ensure all relevant booking information, including transport arrangements, passenger totals, feedback notes, and special requests, is accurately recorded
  • Prepare bookings so that all pertinent details are readily available for the relevant teams.
  • Oversee payment collection

Emergency Phone Rota Participation:

  • Share responsibility for the emergency phone rota, providing timely and effective support as required.

Job Title: Travel Administrator

Salary: £25,000 + 15% annual bonus based on company performance

Location: Brighton

Full Time: Monday - Friday
