Operating from our Knutsford office, we specialize in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, working with clients across both the public and private sectors.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Planner to join a dynamic team in Knutsford. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in town planning with a firm that values professional growth and offers a supportive environment. You will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects, from residential housing developments to commercial planning applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
  • Supporting senior planners in managing projects and liaising with clients.
  • Conducting site visits and research to inform planning strategies.
  • Contributing to the preparation of planning reports and documents.
  • Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • An understanding of the UK planning system.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in town planning.
