Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Planner to join a dynamic team in Knutsford. You will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects, from residential housing developments to commercial planning applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Supporting senior planners in managing projects and liaising with clients.
- Conducting site visits and research to inform planning strategies.
- Contributing to the preparation of planning reports and documents.
- Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- An understanding of the UK planning system.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in town planning.
