My client is a well known brand within the food and drinks industry. They have a relaxed and fun working culture and operate on a hybrid basis
They have a number of roles to fill including a mixture of blue and white collar positions. You will assist the Recuitment Manager with a range of administrative tasks
The office is located near to Ponder;s End / Enfield and you will need to be on site to facilitate candidate interviews approx. 2 days per week
They work 8:30am - 5:30pm but have a flexible working culture
Day to day duties will include:
- Assisting with end to end recruitment taking a lead on some roles
- Organising interviews and coordinating diaries across the business
- Liaising with candidates and issusing invitations
- Scheduling interviews
- Advertising vacancies
- Screening candidates
- Meeting candidates and facilitiing interviews
- Put together final interview and first day tote bags
- Update Excel trackers
- Ad hoc responsibilities as they come up
About you
- Experienced with recruitment either in-house or agency
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent admin skills
- Strong MS skills required especially Excel
- Highly motivated and flexible approach to work
- Ability to start with little or no notice and committ for at least 2 to 3 months
A longer term opporutnity could be available to the right person as this is an ever evolving and growing business
The rate of pay for this role is £16 to £18 p/h
